I stripped and dipped my 53,hand rubbed white oak bed. Clear coat base coat paint, everything else stock including 6V. It is all real nice for a show truck but I find myself wanting a beater to drive that could just be cleaned with a pressure washer inside and out and parked outside in the rain. I understand the compulsion to shine things up all too well and it is satisfying to win best of show and get the money. My imput would be to have one truck for each use.
