I work in IS, Information Systems. In this new position, I will be responsible for managing system upgrades. Whereas before I was managing people and projects, this time will be projects, no people reporting directly to me.
If I could figure a way to make a living working for myself it would be great. I was able to get some work on my own in the past few months, but not enough to sustain us.
