I just traced the lines, one end goes to a valve marked "Cooler" the other to a valve with multi lines that is a drain valve.
I winder if it's to help cool the engine when pumping hard? Pumping speed is 3,500 RPM, and it seems too small to heat the pump to keep it from freezing.
