I had a problem with mine and thought it was the relays....turns out the AC glow plugs are kind of un reliable. I got a new set of high heat ones from Heath Diesel and was back in business.
The truck had new stock glow plugs not 3 years earlier right after I bought it. I think I paid just over $100 for the high heat ones.
