Hopefully your blood work will included a complete metabolic panel with fasting blood sugar, blood count, lipid profle, and TSH. You can a normal TSH but still be symptomatic if you body has trouble converting T4 to T3 which is the form that is thought the cells use. The TSH should be in the normal range but less than 3.0 according to new recommendations. A testosterone test would also be helpful in determining if that is contributing to you problem. If these are all normal you can go to the next level and check growth hormone, adrenal function, etc. Not the cold intolerance but the other complaints can be related to depression. In addition to a healthy diet, getting good restful sleep is very important to health and well being. If you have a problem with your hands turning blue and hurting in the cold, google "Raynaud's"
