Note the relay under the hood, with a couple little wires thems the ones to jump, or add power or.. Actually, looks to me that, with ignition on, touching a ground wire to the relay lug with the light blue wire ought to make the relay jump. But don't trust me, an alyze the circuit your self. Don't leave them on too long, or they burn out. Unhook that wire if you go to a manual switch, so the card can't screw up and burn them out. That is what happened to mine.
