I have seen pictures of one or two W500's with a school bus body, plus a white one out in California that was f/s here in the last year that had an ambulance type body.
Most all others are regular cab/chassis, plus there are a couple of crew cab W500's floating around. One crew in a Colorado scrap pile has a aerial platform bucket for trimming trees or doing High-line wire work.

My 66 W500 has the 318poly & 5 speed. It had a metal flat bed for hauling asphalt/road materials.
