I'd try driving them again. Maybe pick another one to start (dont want to mushroom the heads.
Soak them every day in a penetrant for a week. Heat them w a torch if it makes you feel better,
I used a bolt close to the right size, addes some grinder work then chucked it on a drill for cleanup. Left a little 'tit' in the middle so it didn't wander.
You will need a *sharp* rap of the hammer to get things moving, making sure the bloac is solidly supported (concrete floor).
I've done a couple of sets w no issues.
