Pintle hitch? No, Lunette question... M101a1

Anybody know whether the lunette on an M101A! trailer is flippable?

I know there is a keyway in it, but are there two keyways, so I can rotate it to higher/lower positions? No point in me unsticking it if I only have to stick it back where it is now.

I'm running larger tires, and pulling that trailer up hill all the time is ruining my gas mileage. Rotating the lunette would lower the front of the trailer, so it would be pushing the truck down hill, saving gas. ;^)
