FFPW sitting for ten + years how do you pull her out

How do you pull out a FFPW that has been sitting a loong time? Secure point for tow rope?? Anything to look out for...anything likely to break. Oh yeah 25 feet off the paved road. I think the tow truck can pull it down the hill, but I think I should pay the extra for a flat bed to haul her home.
