truck rear is lopsided

Was looking at my flatbed truck from the back and noticed one side seems lower than the other.I thought it was because of the ground ,so I took it to a cement level ground and it still did look lopsided.I measured from the ground to the frame and the left side is 2 inches lower.Not really too noticable,but kind of.Why is it lopsided I wonder?Thanks again.
