the fdrs and churchills are among us. [maybe right here on the forum]and i have no doubt they will rise to the occasion when needed. but as long as we americans have 5 dollar pizzas and cable tv that is not going to happen. things will have to get worse before we are willing to make the sacrifices needed to realign our government. the declaration of independence states that whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends it is the right of the people to abolish it and institute a new government. when we were attacked, the japanese awoke a sleeping giant that was able to rebuild our navy and defeat the enemy in less than four years in a very decisive manner. today, our government will not allow us to win a war that has been going on twice that long already.i can best honor the sacrifices that were made that day by doing my patriotic duty and upholding what so many gave their lives for.i dont normally go off topic,but this is as much a part of me as powerwagons are.
