Problem with most power coat shops is they got a crackhead working for minimum wage running the sand blaster. They run stuff in and out as fast as they can. Not spending time making sure each part is fully prepped.
A whole pile of little parts being blasted and then thrown in a pile. Then they are all hung up on a rack. Using bare hands leaving oils or dirty gloves which leave something behind on the metal.
The shops I been in are no where close to being clean like a paint shop is.
