The POR product didn't fail due to UV, POR failed because the product is a complete mismarketing of a maratime coating designed for TEMPORARY repair.
Phosphoric acid products only work whrn sustained wetting of the rust occurrs. Phosphoric acid rust conversion lasts over 25 years when done properly.
POR 15 Products are overpriced CRAP. I've been begging them to sue me for years and all they do is hide.
