First, it doesn't have to be an industrial engine to work. 25" engines include 237 from Dodge trucks, 251 from Dodge trucks, some Power Wagons and some Chrysler cars, 265 from some Dodge trucks.
Already mentioned some harvesters ran them and are a good source, some aircraft tugs used them and even some forklifts. The 30" engines won't suit your application, a 23" engine can be fitted with modifications to the bombardier.
