Pintle hitch casting not same as other PWs

Folks,
I've got a pintle hitch that came on a '48 FFPW. It's casting is not what is normally seen on FFPWs. Therefore I do not think this pintle hitch was original to the truck. Can anyone identify what truck would have used this style pintle hitch?

Please notice the support web cast into the side differs from those that were offered on FFPWs.
