It's not there. What did you use for wire when you rebuilt the truck?
Original harness,replacement, or made your own?
I would find the power on the switch and see if it's hot. then to the other side of the switch. Also,get color of power wire and back trace it back to it's orgin.
The blower motor is a large draw (amp) item. Good connections are critical.
Often people make the mistake of connecting the power wire to the ign. switch. Bad idea because it burns up the switch unless a relay is used like newer vehicles.
If your in a hurry take a heavy wire and jump the motor direct like you did to test,and trouble shoot later.
