She got up and ran, so probably no broken ribs. No blood coming out of her nose or mouth, right? I'm thinking she lucked out, but let us know what the vet says. You must feel pretty bad about it. I know I would.
I've never run over my dog, but a few years ago she chased a young gelding that as in a corral (her one vice is chasing animals). The horse was tolerably patient, but he soon had enough of it and gave her a pretty solid kick that sent her rolling into the corner of the corral yelping and whining. I thought she was a goner, especially because she was about 12 years old at the time, but after she laid there a while and collected herself, she got up and limped back to me. Within a couple hours she seemed fine. She never again chased a horse, though.
