Gaskets are still available commercially. The numbers should be in the PIF. The main trick is the gasket between the intake and exhaust manifold (heat riser). Presumably you're pulling the manifold because of a leak, which means you'll want to have the block surface of the manifold milled. If you separate the manifolds, either to fix the heat riser or because there's a leak between the two pieces, you'll need to replace that gasket and bolt the manifolds together before taking the whole assembly to the shop to have it milled. If you do it in the wrong order, you'll put a lot of stress into the manifold and possibly break it. The way to do it is clean up the mating surfaces, put your new heat riser gasket in, put the four bolts in hand-tight, then bolt the whole assembly to the block securely, then tighten the 4 bolts in the heat riser gasket, and then remove the whole assembly from the block, take it to the shop, and remind the machinist not to loosen those 4 bolts and grind the intake and exhaust manifold block surfaces as one unit.
