Ford lucked out because they had just mortgaged everything including the ford logo to get credit lines in place all just before the wall street collapse. I have not heard much about Chrysler having quality issues in the past 4 or 5 years excpet maybe in the trucks a bit. I dont think fiat will be able to keep them together. fiat built vehicles in the rest of the world have mdiocre reputations at best and anyone here who has ever touched one back when they sold them here does not have good things to say . Failure In Automotive Technology. ;/)
