You are right. The body was not immaculate, I never said it was. I am willing to accept a body in similar condition as mine, and someone has to replace all of the components onto the new, or repaired body to my satisfaction.
Life isn't fair. I never said it was. But 8700 would buy truck that NEEDS body work, NEEDS paint, and NEEDS all of the comonents swapped over.
I am not at fault.I pay insurance, he pays insurance. I'm not a deadbeat. I'm not asking for MORE than whats fair, I'm asking for FAIR repair. And I don't have 5 years to wait to put it back. They are more than welcome to pay someone to do it.
