You go pulling and powering a trail behind 6-foot wide Brillion farm mower in 3-feet high grass and weeds, on a steep hillside, over a 2 acre pasture, on a 95 degree day with 90% humidity, with a Power-Wagon that has a good fuel system - you will get vapor lock. Guaranteed. Been there, done that. It only ever happened once in that B1PW. The conditions were such that the gas was boiling in the sediment bowl like boiling potatoes on the stove.
Got to love those period correct accessories. 1950's lectric fuel booster pump. Who would have thunk it?
