Maybe horse or donkey? Other road kill? Hand made shells, maybe about 5" across. Sprinled with cheese that is so ripe the kept it outside, in the parking lot, under a screen box. You know when your lunch is about ready when mamacita takes yopur palte outside to grate some chees directly on the tacos.
