As Tom shared, B5.9 (6 cyl)with Lucas Injection pump.
This leads me to believe its a 6B with no turbo. Lucas pumps used on industrial applications, dont run a AFC line (Air Fuel Control Tube) which feeds the boost pressure signal to the injection pump. Send me the CPL and I will email you what I can find in my Cummins CPL Listing. Looking at 6B CPL listings, typical HP will be somewhere in the 80 to 100+ hp range. Changing the injection pump to a proper Bosch with AFC can be very expensive unless you have a lead on a Bosch Pump. If its what it appears to be, I would not want it for any of my trucks.
