I've found that a good whack with a hammer breaks loose a lot of stuck fasteners. A good sized hammer will shock the monkey, and the rust. In this case, a smallish hammer, moving fast, will get a better shock.
Pipe wrenches grab better than vise grips, mechanics need a selection, my littlest is only 6". Won't shock the monkey, but it gets into a lot of tight places.
True bleeder wrenches are six point. Wonder why?
