Here is a link to Phil's t137 site where he has posted the Carter CARbureTER pages for me. You can compare all the specifics between the E7F1 and E7S1. They amount to just a few internal changes. Yes, the same rebuild kit fits both if you can find them. The two carbs are fully interchangeable
