Some D and W 300s came with 6cyl Perkins as did some of the bigger trucks, so I don´t see why you couldn´t put a 6bt in one, or even a W100 or 200 for that matter, how the driveline and suspension would hold up is anybody´s guess. I acutally had it figured out to put one in my 63 wm by moving the late model grill even further out, but got in a finance bind and had to sell the cummins, same concerns about the weight and torque of the motor would probably apply here. I´m probably better off having not done it, but then again you never know until you go.
