I installed one on me 2006 3500 Megacab dually, actually twice. I started out with a 2.5" and decided that it was about 1" too much, so I ended up doing it again and going with a 1.5".
I'll likely add air bags in the rear in the future as it still sets a little loo when towing heavy loads.
