I have to say I'm Fabricating my lower tailgate and I couldnt do it for what they are asking.
I had a hell of a time finding the hardware, I got the word that a guy in Michigan had some and I called him every month for a year ( he was out with his back, all drugged up) He finally came around and made me swear not to mention his name to anyone. I have kept that promise.
