This is basically a transfer case. It has a shift lever for high/low/neutral. It could be driven by a pto to drive a front and rear winch. It's been hanging out in my garage for too long. Yes the case has been welded, but does not affect the operation of the internal parts. Let me know if you are interested in it. $100.00 JH
