I can't get your picture to load. The tag on mine says MUNCIE PT2615. I think I also saw the name Dana/Spicer in small raised letters on one of the plates on the opposite end of the outputs. Yes, one output faces forward to drive the front winch and one faces rearward to drive the rear winch. I am certain I could turn each of them around. It's a really cool unit, but I still think it would have been simpler to run the original pto and use the front and rear outputs. Makes me think the truck didn't start out as a winch truck.
