Almost anything will burn, including metal, if a fire starts. Drywall, hardypanel, or metal roofing is best for non-flammable.
1/4" plywood (pre-paint white) is lighter than the first group, but will burn more easily.
1" styrofoam is the lightest, will give you a slight insulation value, but will melt if there is a fire. I would go with that for now, and when your ship full of money comes in, hire someone to put drywall up to cover the styrofoam. Use 2" screws with flat washers to support the foam.
