Matt. The best thing to do is jack up the truck, remove the wheels and tires, and measure from drum face to drum face on both front and rear axle. You will probably find the rear measurement will be around 5" less than the front. This is why I made the spacers, to make two up that difference. If there is only an inch or less, it will probably never matter. JH
