I have a '68 W300 that started off with duals. I wanted singles, so I could put a factory box on the truck. I had to have some spacers madefor the rear. These spacers bolt to the drum, then the wheel bolts to the spacer. I have seen factory spacers on W300s since that do the same thing. I can send you the sketch of what I had made up if you wish. JH
