I believe the hub/drum assembly is different as a result of both the hub and drum being different from the single wheel hub and drum.
I don't believe there is any common part, with respect to hub or drum, and therefore hub/drum assembly.
Pointless distinction, perhaps, but wanted to share it, since some are able to find loose drums.
