You need to strip the paint
Then you need to heat up the flange edge of the door to a dull red
Cut the welds with a disc grinder
cut the window channel part
then seperate
The cool part is you can paint the whole mess inside and out
You can add reinforcements so the jam willnot crack
glue the skin back on with 3m panel adhesive
weld up the door channel .
Or you could just pound everything in shape and skim coat them .
Mine worked fine , the doors are not perfect but I have been there and done that ,
