I would start with a selfish and short sight congress of the LAST 15 years. Every since Newt shut down the government in 1994 like a spoiled brat the country has gone down hill. Under Bush the Yonger, we lost 40% of our manufacturing. That is when Bush was in charge and the greedy rubber stamping congress went haywire...
