Mico Brake Lock Question

Which Mico Brake Lock is correct for a dual master cylnder truck? Where do you plumb it into the system if you have a dual resevoir system with dual vacuum brake boosters? I have Lever Lock model #02-640-125. One page of the instructions says to mount it between the rear booster and the rear wheels. Another page of the instructions doesn't show boosters and says to mount it between the front cylinders and the master cylinder, or between all wheel cylinders and the master cylinder. Thanks.
