i think the spindle is part of the axle tube. depending on how damaged it is you can install a speedy sleeve on the mating surface or replace the entire tube. in the heavy truck industry, they have mobile service companies that can remove and replace spindles. i think the rub is since our tubes are one piece and not common, a press in spindle stub is not likely available. good luck!
