I think this one is the actual prototype....
it is a "built" truck, I believe that it has a W300 chassis, and modified W300 front fenders, and a mod'd bed from d/w 100-200. I has a filler piece behind the cab due to the addl wb of the 300.
The auto trans is likely added.
