then as I understand you, my problem should correct itself when there is a fuctioning donaldson valve and the fill tube vent is routed to the underside of the breather on one of the carbs? the donaldson valve I can see thru, looks like it had somthing in it at one time, but now has been removed or has just worn out and the parts have disappeared. thanks a bunch, I'll get it fixed as soon as it gets back. Dave.
