That's a real interesting wheel to me. I've got a pretty good library of old wheel catalogs covering all makes and have no record of a wheel like that. Our old PWs have 5 lug x 6 7/8" pattern, and the only other wheels I've known of in a 20" size with that bolt pattern are pre 1934 Ford and Dodge ton and one half wheels. But all I've seen of them have 5 hand holes. There were some of these early wheels that, like yours, had zero (0) inches of dish/offset. Some of my catalogs also have agricultural/industrial wheels but, again, I found nothing to match yours. It's great to learn of different wheels like yours. I've saved pics of it if you don't mind.
