Your earlier post about this fan got me curious to the point of bidding yesterday on eBay for an Emerson 6-blade, vintage 1917.
I probably went too far with my bidding, but got outbid at the last second by a bid $500.00 over mine. Amazing!
The winning bid was $910. Are these things really valued that high? I think they are pretty cool, but sheesh!
