Ok,here is how you tell...
If it is a short bed regular cab, it is a 100
If it has a long bed,but has a 5 bolt wheel it is a 100(1969 and up)This excludes flatfenders and ton and a halfs of course.

1958-1968 W100s ALL had 8lug wheels,but were ALL 114" wheelbase.
