Its a joke how citys treat things. Same way here in kansas. Our city firemen have to go around and do building inspections. They had a Pickup truck and 2 of them would drive it around to inspections. Our fine city manager wanted to cut costs so they sold the pickup truck and now these guys get to drive the big ladder truck around. Poor guys are trying to park that thing and get thru traffic to get to the building that needs inspection. If a bad fire happens while they are in inspection then they get in and head to where they need to go. ALways got to monitor the radio when they are out on inspection. Wasting a high dollar truck putting around town and using lots more fuel then the pickup truck.
