I once had my boss come to me and he told me that a customer did not think that I rotated his tires.So he did it at home with a floorjack and jackstands.He wanted the meeting beacus he said it was the second time that it has happend he wanted the service manager and company owner in on the meeting. I told my boss that I rotate tires not hubcaps.A few hours later I asked my boss about the customer and he said.My tech rotates tires not hubcaps.The customers face turned red and walked back to his car and left.He turned out to be my older brothers boss.A year or so later he killed himselfe with a shotgun.
