Dougs got first dibs on it I guess, If he passes on it I'll let you know. I wouldn't rebuild it. although it's covered in gunk, it looks to be in good shape. I'd just clean it up, replace the hoses and install it then see what it needs if anything. Any Hydraulic shop would be able to rebuild it or a farm tractor shop if need be.
