On a new truck build, I always have the flywheel face ground true. The old guy at the auto machine ship I use told me when I assemble the flywheel/clutch to give it a light dusting of WD-40. He said no matter how long it takes before your ready for start up, the disk will never stick to the flywheel. He also said with only a light dusting of WD-40 the first clutch action will burn it off pronto. I have done it on all my diesel builds. They have sat a long time with the clutch assembled before running. never a problem.
