I live in Fort Collins which is about 50 miles north of Denver and am closer to I80 than I70 but not by much. I prefer I80 but it's also easier to access for me.
The 75/70 mph limits may make a difference if you come from a 75 mph state. Only ticket I've received on either was on I70 in Kansas.
