unable to post to this forum

My brothers Jim and Tom (the covino brothers) are both having trouble posting to this forum. they get booted out and a strongly worded alert is sent to them informing them they have attempted to hack this forum. They both have time-warner internet service whereas I have verizon high speed, so I'm not sure if that is the issue, as I've never had problems. Any suggestions as to how to get the guys in the door??
